"I'm not who I use to be'

Hey self I no longer live for you, the places we use to go....I'll go no more....those things we would spend all day chasing after...I'm no longer running that race, those people and things I once idolized....no longer hold 1st place in my life...I have some Good News! "I'm new"! Yep you heard it "I'm New" and I have a new attitude, I'm no longer who I use to be, old things have passed away "behold all things are new”! My spirit is alive and God is active in me. I'm no longer who I use to be, I no longer live to fulfill the desires of my flesh, but to fulfill that of the spirit "I'm New"! So now I must act like it!! With this new resurrected life with Christ I must pursue the things over which Christ presides, no more shuffling alone eyes to the ground absorbed with things right in front of me, time to look around and  be alert to what' s  going on in and around Christ that's where the action is, the real action is, start seeing things from God's perspective , the old is dead..and gone ! This new life which is my real life, even thought invisible to spectators is with Christ in God, so no more going back to who I use to be...Jesus Christ has given me a "New Life" he is my life! Thank God "I'm not who I use to be"!  Brittany
